Can I get a refund?

We generally do not issue refunds after a product has been downloaded.

Refunds are always available when you don’t download the product or there are technical issues limiting you from using the product.

Please make sure to read and review the product details before purchasing.

Each product is described and under additional info you will find information on what product/design contains, please read it before the purchase.

If you are not sure if a product contains everything you need please contact us before purchasing for additional info.

In case the content is bugged, has any kind of problems, or does not include files that were described on the product page we can issue the refund, please provide all info about the problems you are having with the product.
