I've changed my mind I want to return the product!

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or assumptions not included in the product description.

If the product is detail described and working as it is described there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

1. you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it ( If you want just to test designs we offer animated/static free designs)
2. the item did not meet your expectations ( We offer previews of all assets that are included in the product, please read detailed info before the purchase)
3. you simply change your mind (We know sometimes it happens, but in this situation, we can’t accept it as a valid reason for the refund)
4. you bought an item by mistake ( Mistakes happen, by purchasing this product you need to agree with the Term of Use and Privacy Policy)
5. you do not have sufficient knowledge to use the product ( Before streaming or purchasing the products we recommend watching Youtube tutorials read some articles that could help you understand more streaming, and streaming platforms)
6. you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise and recommend you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
7. your computer is unable to handle the designs while you are streaming ( Before purchasing the products please run test streams, check out tutorials for your streaming setup and be sure that your PC can handle higher bitrate and game FPS)

In case the content is bugged, has any kind of problems, or does not include files that were described on the product page we can issue the refund, please provide all info about the problems you are having with the product.
