1. Access the Schedule Template
Log in to Canva: Visit Canva.com and log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one for free.
Open a Downloded folder:
The Canva template can be found in the downloaded ZIP file. Extract it to access the template.
2. Customize the Text
Select Text Boxes:
Click on the text boxes within the template to edit them.
Highlight the existing text and type your new schedule details (e.g., date, time, stream content).
Change Fonts:
Click on the font dropdown in the toolbar to select a font that matches your VTuber aesthetic.
Adjust the font size, color, and alignment using the toolbar options.
Add New Text Boxes:
If needed, click Text > Add a Text Box from the left menu to add new schedule details.
3. Add Graphics and Images
Insert VTuber Branding:
Upload your VTuber logo or character image by clicking Uploads > Upload Files.
Drag the uploaded image onto the design and resize it as needed.
Decorate with Elements:
Search for animated stickers, icons, or shapes in the Elements tab to add flair to your schedule.
Use themed graphics that match your VTuber’s personality or stream topics.
4. Adjust Colors and Background
Edit Colors:
Click on any element or text box and select a color from the toolbar.
Use your VTuber brand’s color palette for consistency.
Change the Background:
Select the background layer and choose a new color, gradient, or image.
Use the Photos tab to add custom backgrounds.
5. Save and Share
Download Your Schedule:
Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
Select Download and choose a file format (PNG or JPEG for social media, PDF for printable versions).
Enable the “Transparent Background” option if needed (available in Pro accounts).
Share with Your Audience:
Post your schedule on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, or your VTuber Discord server.
Add it to your Twitch or YouTube channel panels.
