1. Access the Schedule Template

  1. Log in to Canva: Visit Canva.com and log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one for free.

  2. Open a Downloded folder:

    • The Canva template can be found in the downloaded ZIP file. Extract it to access the template.

2. Customize the Text

  1. Select Text Boxes:

    • Click on the text boxes within the template to edit them.

    • Highlight the existing text and type your new schedule details (e.g., date, time, stream content).

  2. Change Fonts:

    • Click on the font dropdown in the toolbar to select a font that matches your VTuber aesthetic.

    • Adjust the font size, color, and alignment using the toolbar options.

  3. Add New Text Boxes:

    • If needed, click Text > Add a Text Box from the left menu to add new schedule details.

3. Add Graphics and Images

  1. Insert VTuber Branding:

    • Upload your VTuber logo or character image by clicking Uploads > Upload Files.

    • Drag the uploaded image onto the design and resize it as needed.

  2. Decorate with Elements:

    • Search for animated stickers, icons, or shapes in the Elements tab to add flair to your schedule.

    • Use themed graphics that match your VTuber’s personality or stream topics.

4. Adjust Colors and Background

  1. Edit Colors:

    • Click on any element or text box and select a color from the toolbar.

    • Use your VTuber brand’s color palette for consistency.

  2. Change the Background:

    • Select the background layer and choose a new color, gradient, or image.

    • Use the Photos tab to add custom backgrounds.

5. Save and Share

  1. Download Your Schedule:

    • Click the Share button in the top-right corner.

    • Select Download and choose a file format (PNG or JPEG for social media, PDF for printable versions).

    • Enable the “Transparent Background” option if needed (available in Pro accounts).

  2. Share with Your Audience:

    • Post your schedule on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, or your VTuber Discord server.

    • Add it to your Twitch or YouTube channel panels.
